Social Media Management: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube

HomeServicesSocial Media Management: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube

A profile that gets a new post once every three weeks is worse than no profile at all. It looks as if the company has closed down.

Social media management is about consistency — and about having someone to create content even when your hands are full running your own business. That is all there is to it.

The networks we work on

  • Facebook and Instagram — the foundation for most companies that sell to consumers. Posts, stories, reels.
  • LinkedIn — when you sell to businesses. A different language, different content, a different audience. It is not a place to copy-paste your Facebook posts.
  • TikTok — the fastest route to reach, if you are willing to go into video. It works even for trades and industries where nobody would expect it.
  • YouTube — longer video that keeps working for you for years. Also the second largest search platform in the world.

Not every company needs all of them. We will tell you which ones make sense for you and which are a waste of money.

Strategy first, then content

We don’t create content based on whatever comes to mind. At the start we define a strategy with you — who you are talking to, what you want to tell them, which tone suits your company and what the content should actually achieve.

But a strategy is not a document that gets written once and filed away in a drawer. We keep evaluating and adjusting it, because only real numbers show what works with your audience and what doesn’t. A format that works for one company is often a waste of time for another.

What works, we strengthen. What doesn’t, we stop doing.

We create the content. Or together with you.

The basics are simple: we create the content. Texts, graphics, photos and video.

For clients abroad there is a catch — every shoot means travelling there and back, which makes the result more expensive without making it better. That is why we have a system through which you deliver the source material yourself. You photograph or film the material on site, send it to us, and we turn it into finished content — editing, graphics, copy, publishing.

It is about finding a sensible balance between cost, time and result. For some clients it makes sense for us to come and shoot everything ourselves. For others it is better to send us a phone video from the workshop on the day something interesting happens.

We agree at the start which approach suits you better.

Our own drone, permits and insurance

When you need a shot you can’t take by hand, we have a professional filmmaking drone. And everything that goes with it — a pilot certificate, the necessary registration and insurance.

It sounds like a detail, but it isn’t. Flying a drone for commercial purposes has its rules, and most companies that offer you an “aerial shot” don’t have them in place. Then the risk is yours.

Aerial footage makes sense wherever there is something to show — buildings, premises, sites, production, real estate, events.

A fixed fee and a clearly defined volume

You pay a fixed monthly amount and know exactly what you get for it. No surprises on the invoice.

The volume is set according to what makes sense for you. For some, four posts a month are enough; others need something every day or every other day. It depends on your industry, who you sell to and how much is actually happening in your company.

We agree on it in advance. You know what you pay. We know what we need to deliver.

What we don’t do

We don’t reply to messages and comments on your behalf.

We say this upfront because it is a common source of misunderstandings. Communication with customers belongs to you — you know whether the goods are in stock, whether you can meet a deadline and what you can promise a client. We would find that hard to know.

We take care of content, creation, planning and publishing. You handle the communication — or we set up the tools for it.

Message automation and chatbots

If you don’t have time to reply, it doesn’t have to mean your customer is left without an answer.

We set up message automation on your social media — chatbots, automatic replies to frequent questions, first contact outside working hours and lead collection. A bot handles the simple things, and only what really needs a human reaches you.
